FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: concrete mix contains, mass part: cement 1, coarse aggregate 2.15-3.9, sand 1.4-2.4, water 0.4-0.6. Coarse aggregate contains 10-20 mm or 10-40 mm grain size crushed stone and 5-10 mm grain size gravel at a (3-7): 1 ratio. Portland cement, or portland-slag cement, or portland-pozzolan cement may be used as cement. Crushed stone used is taken from igneous, or metamorphic, or sedimentary rocks. Crushability of coarse aggregate is 8-12. Process of making concrete mix for fabricating concrete or reinforced concrete structures comprises consecutive charging of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate - sand, cement, and water into running mixer. Prior to charging of coarse aggregate, mixing of its constituents - 5-10 mm grain size gravel and 10-20 mm or 10-40 mm grain size break- stone at a 1: (3-7) ratio is provided. Concrete mix constituents are mixed at the following proportions, mass part: cement 1, coarse aggregate 2.15-3.9, sand 1.25-2.5, water 0.4-0.6. Method of fabricating concrete or reinforced concrete structures comprises making concrete mix by virtue of mixing cement, sand, water, and coarse aggregate, grouting mixed concrete into a form or formwork preliminary mounted with edge members, and/or inserts, and/or reinforcement, and/or void-forming cores, followed by compaction and hardening of concrete mix. Making of concrete mix involves consecutive charging of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate - sand into running mixer. Prior to charging of coarse aggregate, its constituents - 5-10 mm grain size gravel and 10-20 mm or 10-40 mm grain size crushed stone at a 1: (3-7) ratio are mixed. Concrete mix constituents are mixed at the following proportions, mass part: cement 1, coarse aggregate 2.15-3.9, sand 1.25-2.5, water 0.4-0.6. For fabricating monolithic structures, removable or permanent formwork is used. Compaction of concrete mix when fabricating concrete or reinforced concrete structures, is accomplished through vibration or vibration-vacuum treatment. Hardening of structures is carried out by curing at standard conditions until gaining stripping or brand specified strength, or under heat treatment which may be accomplished hardening solar energy.
