SUBSTANCE: the methods are characterized by the fact that bitumen used as initial material in production of building materials and structures is produced by oxidation of heated tar supplied to lower part of not less than three-section reactor through tar inlet combined with tar outlet with simultaneous supply of water in the course of oxidation on tar surface through reactor upper part with regulation of water temperature and temperature in reactor and dispersion in its each section.
