SUBSTANCE: device has trolley provided with support wheel onto which registering unit is mounted as well as writing sensitive member and broach which is kinematically connected with support wheel. Vessel provided with membrane and strain gauge is fixed by means of bracket onto the support wheel. The vessel is electrically connected with writing sensitive member and with open stationary tank by means of flexible hose. Plane of the membrane coincides with axis of support wheel.
