FIELD: land reclamation. SUBSTANCE: canal cleaner includes base machine, working member connected with base machine by means of girder to which parallelogram suspension system is connected. The latter has telescopic boom, tie-rod connected with hydraulic cylinder and mechanism for length change. Length change mechanism is made in form of racks and gear wheels. Racks are attached to extended part of boom and to hydraulic cylinder rod and installed for interaction with gear wheels found on fixed part of boom and cylinder of hydraulic cylinder. Gear wheels are connected by chain gear whose distance between centers are parallel and equal to small sides of parallelogram suspension system. Convenient control of working member is ensured by changeable length of parallelogram system. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
