FIELD: automatic control equipment. SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator has body with inlet and outlet spaces and seat, valve put on rod and made tight with the use of seal. Rod has duct connecting inlet space of regulator with discharge element which includes compensation and protective membranes. Membranes are separated with bushing and ring and are attached to rod. Outer sides of membranes are fastened to body of sensitive element. Second end of rod transmits effort from sensitive element to valve via linkage. Adjustment is performed with the aid of screw. Body of sensitive element has duct communicating with outlet space of regulator. Protective membrane may be built in the form of corrugated enclosure. Relationship of elements of regulator is chosen from certain formula. Dimensions of membranes and seat are also selected in compliance with certain relations. EFFECT: enhanced operational stability of regulator thanks to insertion of protective membrane anchored on rod between chamber with sensitive element and compensation membrane. 3 cl, 1 dwg
