FIELD: information relaying system. SUBSTANCE: for decentralized control over information transmission each repeater communication satellite is provided with analyzer of noise conditions, former of service signal, transmitter of service signal. Each subscriber's station is inserted with flip-flop, AND gate, two counters, encoder, receiver of service signals, logger, former of signal of transmission channel, former of signal of transmission termination, former of time interval. Repeater communication satellite controls noise conditions in channel and forms responses with emergence of noises. Counting number of these responses subscriber's station determines own period of sequence of packages as well as discipline of their transmission. EFFECT: increased survivability of communication thanks to decentralized control over information transmission. 3 dwg
