FIELD: satellite communication. SUBSTANCE: device has commutation unit, which distributes messages of users according coordinate information in their headings. Coordinate information is not transmitted due to constant time of operation of switching elements in commutation unit. Absence of transmission of headers increases speed of commutation of messages and simplifies on-board retransmitter. Commutation control using coordinate information provides possibility of automatic selection of side routes when main directions of commutation fail.
