FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: satellite communication system includes peripheral stations, satellite-transponder and central station. For increase of carrying capacity of satellite communication system each analyzer at central station has selector of service information, first, second and third storages, former of response signal, clock frequency generator, analyzer of channel engagement, analyzer of signal structure, flip-flop, three counters and decoder. Each peripheral station has selector of symptoms of channel status, storage, unit of channel selection, former of reading pulses, selector of package number, controlled delay unit and encoder. Central station counts number of empty and occupied windows and conflicts, generates evaluation of status of given channel to peripheral stations. Peripheral stations change channel for transmission of order and of period of following of packages. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency. 7 dwg
