FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: the preparation comprises sodium chloride, potassium chloride and glucose and further comprises calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, ascorbic acid and thiamine bromide, the ratio of the components being as follows (wt % ): 14.5-15.5 sodium chloride; 0.80-0.90 potassium chloride; 0.90-1.00 calcium chloride; 0.0075-0.015 magnesium chloride; 0.25-635 ascorbic acid; and up to 100.0 glucose. To increase the efficiency of the medical treatment process, the latter uses furazol and further a rehydrated preparation such as polyminezol comprising (wt % ): 0.80-0.90 potassium chloride; 0.90-1.00 calcium chloride; 0.0095-0.015 magnesium chloride; 0.25-0.35 ascorbic acid; and up to 100.0 glucose. A 2.5% solution is injected in a dose of 0.8-1.2 l 2 or 3 times a day till recovery. The therapeutic efficiency of the process is 88.9-100% .
