FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a source of nitrogen, mixer, two variable- volume vessels, sensors for sensing the filling-up of the vessels, a control-and-indication unit. The mixer is made in the form of three-line two-position electric air distributor the output of which is coupled with an inlet of a pump the output of which is connected to the inlet of the first variable-volume vessel. The first inlet of mixer is coupled with the nitrogen source output. The outputs of the vessel filling-up sensors are coupled with the inputs of the control and indication unit the outputs of which are coupled with the nitrogen source input, three-line two-position electric air distributor control input and the pump control input. The first variable-volume vessel is provided with a weight. One of the inlets of the mixer is provided with a device for controlling a rotational speed of motor coupled with the control and indication unit input, two-line two-position electric air distributor being connected between the first vessel and the input of the apparatus.
