SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with methods for hypoxic body stimulation (hypoxytherapy) due to affecting respiratory system with hypoxic gaseous mixtures. It has been suggested to apply steam and gas products of fuel combustion as raw material for producing hypoxic gaseous mixture for hypoxytherapy. The innovation enables to decrease the price of produced hypoxic gaseous mixture and energy capacity of the process of its production.
