FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing cut blank in a lower die with support on a knocking-out member; upsetting a head portion together with an under head portion, performing the upsetting operation of the under head portion by extruding metal or a rod portion to a cavity of the lower die for shaping the under head portion; applying deformation effort at this operation to an end of the blank at side of the rod with the aid of the knocking-out member; resting the blank at upsetting operation by its opposite end onto the punch.
