FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has bed 1 whose guides carry carriage 4 by means of rolling-contact bearings. The bed carry planing and milling units which are located below the plane of the guides in two mutually-perpendicular planes and are kinematically coupled with control unit 16. Carriage 4 carries clamping device containing flat bearing surface on the one side and two oppositely-located clamping members which are self-adjustable depending on the curvature of the bar and are provided with the drive in the form of actuating cylinders. Carriage 4 have three working and one idle speeds. The switches mounted in the extreme positions of the trajectory of motion of carriage 4 are electrically- coupled with control unit 16. The planing and milling units can be adjusted in height (for different thickness of the bar), and the milling unit is provided in addition with the possibility of adjustment for depth of milling.
