FIELD: tunnel kilns. SUBSTANCE: device has heating furnace and loading device which is made in form of a frame. Article re-placer provided with layer gripping unit, article re-placer provided with row gripping unit and device for placing into rod trays provided with power cylinder are mounted onto the frame. Carriage for containers is mounted in one side of article re-placer provided with layer gripping unit, and receiving area is mounted in the other side. Article re-placer provided with row gripping unit is mounted onto the opposite side to article re-placer provided with layer gripping unit above the receiving area. The former is mounted under feeding roller conveyer. Working surface of placer grip is made lower than working surface of feeding roller conveyer. Power cylinder of grip drive of the placer is disposed in vertical and is provided with angular rocking adjustable restrictors. Vertical posts which may regulated for height are mounted in the side surface of receiving area. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation. 3 cl, 5 dwg
