PNEUMATIC-PULSE DEVICE Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2010973 C1

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic pulse device includes body with working hole, tubular guides forming closed circuit, striking ball and spring-loaded valve located in guide. Locating arm retains ball shutting off section of tubular guide which increases pressure and forces ball through. With stream of compressed air ball is lifted and cycle of its motion repeats. Striking pulse of compressed air comes out through exhaust hole and acts on borehole fluid. EFFECT: improved efficiency of crushing and movement of low-bonded rocks. 3 cl, 7 dwg
