FIELD: mechanical engineering and instrument-making industry. SUBSTANCE: support has two coaxial sleeves bridged by flexible ribbons which are displaced relative to each other along the support axis. The ribbons are evenly disposed in a plane oriented perpendicular to the support axis. Ribbon preloading device is attached to the outer ring and has at least three fixedly attached members each comprised of an outer and an inner ring bridged by a flexible ribbon and by a membrane formed in the inner ring. The center of the membrane is aligned with the axis of the flexible ribbon. Thanks to the fact that the support so manufactured has units provided with flexible members which are made of a uniform material and require no assembly operations, no friction appears at built-in points of the flexible members. As a result, the error of the accuracy of measuring physical values by instruments supported by flexible supports is increased. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measuring. 3 dwg
