FIELD: mechanical and instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: flexible support of article carrying platform is assembled of at least six members fixed to one another. Every member has external ring with membrane and internal ring interconnected through membrane by means of flexible band. External ring is provided with band preliminary loading facility in the form of differential screw-type mechanism. Bands of members are arranged uniformly in plane perpendicular to support axis. External rings of members are fixed to base, and face of internal ring of one of support edge members mounts platform for carrying the article. EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy. 3 dwg
