FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: seat is mounted within an outlet passage of a case provided with a coupling nut and is overlapped with a closing member which engages with a rotating cam coupled with rotating support and driving lever. An insert is coupled to the case with a nut. A flexible aperture is interposed between the closing member and seat. The insert is provided with a socket for the rotating support from the side of the seat. The aperture is pressed to the case over periphery with the nut through the insert.
