FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises electric motor, blocking unit, planet reduction gear, and manual doubling worm drive. The worm of the drive engages the teeth on the outer surface of the central wheel of the reduction gear. The unit of end switches is kinematically connected with the output shaft of the device. The device is provided with the arrester of the maximum torque which comprises two levers with microswitches pivotally mounted on the bearing plate, stops, and spring interposed between them. Two adjusting cams are mounted for permitting rotation, locking, and cooperation with the pushers of the microswitches. Two blocking cams are mounted for permitting rotation at an angle no more than 180° at complete stroke of the output shaft of the device. There are two rockers. Under the action of the spring two levers are pressed to the arms of the appropriate rockers. The arms of the rockers are mounted for permitting engagement with the worm of the manual actuator. The worm of the manual actuator is mounted for permitting axial movement along the shaft of the manual actuator and provided with springs that are arranged from its both sides on the shaft of the manual actuator and arrest the movement of the worm. The blocking unit is made of a mechanical brake that comprises clutch member, braking disk, and friction disk. The clutch member is mounted on the input shaft of the reduction gear. The braking disk is connected with the input shaft and pressed to the friction disk with a spring. The spring and input shaft are axially aligned. The face of the braking disk is provided with hollows. The hollows receive balls that provide engagement of the clutch member with the braking disk.
