FIELD: pipe line fittings. SUBSTANCE: shut-off device has body with branch pipes and seat made in form of end plug of outlet branch pipe whose side surface is provided with holes. Shut-off member is made in form of hollow cylinder with radial fins and axial fastening holes and is mounted coaxially relative to end plug. Drive is made in form of frame with eccentric cam. Frame is located inside body in plane passing through axis of cylinder and perpendicular to rod rigidly connected with eccentric cam and handle; frame is provided with stems: one stem is immovably fixed in axial fastening hole of cylinder and other stem is slidably mounted in central hole of disk perforated support connected with body over perimeter.
