Light source 2 and reflector 3 with a hole for passing the light source through it are positioned inside the body. The light source is connected to the flexible link through block 10 fastened to suspension 9. Balancing devices in the form of a rubber brake disk, a plate clamp and a butterfly nut are mounted on the axle of the main and additional blocks. The disk is fixed to the block axle.
