FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: gate has a leaf secured on the framework by means of flapping hinges, a counterweight linked with the leaf through a tie-rod, and a handle for lifting the leaf by the bottom part with simultaneous turning around the hinges. Additionally it uses a U-shaped guide, blocks and running-around roller. The counterweight is made in the form of hinge-joined weights located on the guide and linked with the leaf by the tie-rod through the blocks and running-around roller. The tie-rod is secured on the leaf in its axis of symmetry at a larger distance from the flapping hinges than the leaf center of gravity. At an engagement of the weights with the U-shaped guide balancing of the leaf along the entire path of its lifting and lowering is provided. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 3 dwg
