SUBSTANCE: device has a sound transducer; membrane and rod for fixing an object to be tested acoustically coupled with each other and with the sound transducer; amplifier the output of which is connected to the sound transducer; inductance coil inductively coupled with the rod and connected to the amplifier input, a cup disposed in a vessel with liquid nitrogen in which the rod and magnetoelectric transducer are disposed in nitrogen vapor. The device is characterized in that the magnetoelectric transducer is situated on the outer wall of the cup in liquid nitrogen so that to exclude additional errors caused by a temperature drift of electromotive force induced in the transducer coil.
