SUBSTANCE: device has CO2 laser, mechanical gate, splitting optical plate, heat-insulating chamber where the standard and tested specimens are located, the first and the second differential thermocouples, the first and the second polished metal plates disposed onto side surface of tested specimen, the first and the second IR-radiation power meters, the first and the second multichannel analog-to-digital converters, the first and the second voltmeters, computational unit, timer, plotting device, control unit, relay, unit for controlling signal sampling rate of the second thermocouple, photoconverter, which has irradiator and photoreceiver; both are connected together, and former with corresponding couplings among these units.
