FIELD: electronic industry. SUBSTANCE: if voltages carried to level monitoring device 9 are within the tolerance, logical "O" signals exist at its outputs, a logical "O" signal exists at the output of circuit 8, and the outputs of flip-flop 7 do not change their state. If one of the voltages (not priority one ) is beyond the tolerance a logical "1" signal exists at the output of OR circuit 8, which synchronizes flip-flop 7; the code from counter 6 exists at its outputs, this code determines the number of the faulty channel, it is decoded by decoders 17 (for display of the decimal digit on indicator 14) and 18 ( for disconnection of the respective rectifier and filter 2) and checked by comparator 13 for correspondence with the priority code preset by unit 16 (which can be invariable for the product of the given type or vary in time). In case some other priority voltage fluctuates beyond the tolerance a logical "1" signal is produced at the output of OR circuit 8, at the outputs of flip-flop 7 - the code from the outputs of counter 6 corresponding to the number of the faulty channel, which is fed to decoder 17 - the decimal digit corresponding to the number of the faulty channel is displayed on indicator 14, at the output of decoder 13 - a logical "1" signal which blocks the functioning of counter 6 (inhibits the count), segment "H" (indication of the priority channel) lights up on indicator 14, and power amplifier control circuit 15 gets blocked.
