FIELD: power supply equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has control unit and serial power circuit of gate and regulating element, which is connected in parallel to stabilizing diode. Control unit is connected to control electrode of regulating element. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced optical isolation amplifier which clipping resistor is connected in series to stabilizing diode. Emitter and base of first photo transistor of optical isolation amplifier are connected to terminals of current detector which is connected in series to regulating element. Collector of first photo transistor of optical isolation amplifier is connected to control input of regulating element and output of control unit. Emitter of second photo transistor of optical isolation amplifier is connected to control input of gate. Collector of second photo transistor is connected to common line through clipping transistor or clipping stabilizing diode. EFFECT: simplified design, increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 4 dwg
