FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating up to 30% of raw milk into liquid fractions: lipide, defatted, casein and whey-saccharide fractions, with subsequent usage of separate fraction in liquid or dry form and/or fraction mixture in liquid or dry form, and/or mixture of one or plurality of fractions in liquid or dry form with raw milk not subjected to separation for predetermined milk products; conducting raw milk processing in such a way that total quantity of milk dry substance in predetermined milk products is equal to the quantity of dry substance of basic raw milk.
