FIELD: flotation enrichment. SUBSTANCE: flow rates of solids in initial feed supplied to conditioning process and density of aerated pulp within a chamber of floating machine are measured. Flow rate of collecting agent supplied to conditioning process is changed directly proportional to measured flow rate of solids in the initial feed. Flow rate of froth agent supplied to circulating water is changed. Density of aerated circulating water with froth agent is assigned. Density of aerated circulating water with froth agent is measured. Flow rate of froth agent supplied to circulating water is changed directly proportional to deflection of measured density from a given one. Density of aerated pulp within the chamber of the flotation machine is determined as a function of flow rate of solids in the initial feed which enters the chamber of the flotation machine from conditioning process. Difference between measured density of aerated pulp within the chamber of the flotation machine and sum of value of measured density of aerated circulating water with froth agent and value of measured density of aerated pulp within the chamber of the flotation machine is determined as a function of flow rate of solids in the initial feed. Flow rate of the collecting agent supplied to conditioning process is corrected proportional to the found difference. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of controlling. 1 dwg
