FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: support is inserted into thin blank. Then blank is transferred into chamber filled with hydrogen at a pressure of 15 MPa where it is thermocycled three times to 700 C with natural cooling. After heat treatment the blank is withdrawn from chamber and perforated templet is tightly slipped thereon. Applying pressure, for example of air, blank is deformed to the shape of templet perforations. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
