FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: the machine uses a fixed plate, movable plate and plate-frame 3 mounted for movement on columns and linked with the movable plate. The mould has a fixed half-mold, movable and middle rotary parts mounted in the plate-frame by means of two journals. The upper part of the plate-frame is detachable, and a mechanism of the reverse turn of the middle part is built in the lower part. To mount the mould on the machine, the upper detachable part is brought to it by eye-bolts, and the upper journal by means of fasteners is connected to the middle part, with the aid of which the whole mould is transferred to the machine zone and lowered onto the lower journal. At lowering the detachable part is aligned in grooves by means of locking bosses. The thermostating assembly is attached to the middle part. In such a position the fixed and movable half-moulds are attached to the respective plates of the machine. After moulding of the melt and its seasoning the mould opens. With the aid of the swinging mechanism the lower journal together with the middle part is turned through 180. At closing the movable half-mould grips the middle part and they move together up to jointing with the fixed half-mould; at this time castings are cropped, and gates are removed.
