SUBSTANCE: cutting tool has holder accommodating tip with its fixing unit and insert made from highly filled composite material on polymeric basis positioned in cut-out of holder. Cut-out is in the form of through holes whose axes run in parallel with each other, perpendicular to lengthwise axis of cutting tool and in parallel with its main plain.
