FIELD: drilling and ripping equipment. SUBSTANCE: device comprises drilling-and-scarifying member, boom interacting with crosspiece mounted on loader frame and rotated by carriage-lifting mechanism and by the drive which moves boom vertically from frame angle control mechanism. There is also a mechanism for interaction of boom with vertical motion drive consisting of hoses connected to sleeve slipped on upper end of boom and interacting with clamping beams provided with a cable drive, spacer spring and return spring.
