FIELD: technical cybernetics. SUBSTANCE: new operations concerning time sampling are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Error of regulation during these operations lies in non-sensitive area of three-state regulation. Duration of pulse input equals to sum of duration of standard signal and correcting signal which duration equals to integral value of change in normalized mismatch signal during previous period of input. Duration of pulse input on controlled object is calculated as integral value of squared normalized mismatch signal during previous period of input. Polarity of each pulse input is based on continuous tracing sign of difference between current mismatch signal and its value at end of previous period. Value of this difference is stored at the end of previous period of pulse input. EFFECT: increased precision of processing step inputs. 2 cl, 1 dwg
