FIELD: automatic control systems of various inertial objects, stabilization of phase coordinates of various dynamic objects by means of relay controllers. SUBSTANCE: invention is based on change of insensitivity zone of key relay element forming output signal of relay controller by signal of control error. Change of mentioned insensitivity zone is carried out by signal of speed of control error outside of its specified limit. In this case forcing of change of signal including key relay element is performed. Invention is realized by insertion of group of elements analyzing signals of error and speed of control error and ensuring change of thresholds of operation of key relay element under action of external disturbances.
