FIELD: electric power engineering. SUBSTANCE: commercial carbon, Portland cement, and superplasticizer C-3 (condensation product of naphthalosulfic acid and formaldehyde with lignosulfonate and calcium sulfate additives) taken in proportion of 1-3% of cement mass are placed in ball mill, mixed for 25 min, discharged into forced-action mixer. Then quartz sand is added and components are mixed for 5 min again; after that water is introduced and mass is finally mixed for 10 min. EFFECT: improved electrophysical characteristics of resistors due to proposed sequence of operations and process conditions. 1 tbl
