FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, military and power engineering, in particular to production of composite construction material with high electrical conductivity. Electroconductive self-compacting concrete of normal hardening with high electrical conductivity includes portland cement, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, current-conducting component: technical carbon “П”-803, technical carbon K-354, and carbon fibre with length of 3 mm. Components are in the following ratio, wt.%: portland cement 51.0-52.1, technical carbon “П”-803 19.6-21.3, technical carbon K-354 3.8-4.9, carbon fibre with length of 3 mm 0.4-0.5, polycarboxylate superplasticiser 1.63-1.67, water – the rest. Portland cement, technical carbon “П”-803, technical carbon K-354 and carbon fibre with length of 3 mm are loaded into the planetary concrete mixer. Dry mixing is performed till homogeneous state. Then 2/3 of water is added. Components are mixed until homogeneous wet condition. After that, the rest of the water is added together with the polycarboxylate superplasticiser and mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Proposed concrete mixture can be used directly at the construction site without additional compaction and additional measures for drying and waterproofing the finished product or structure. Conductivity of current-conducting concrete does not change during hardening and drying during storage and use in natural conditions.
EFFECT: reduction of specific electrical resistance of concrete and simplification of production of concrete mixture.
