Format conversion unit has nine buffer units, two storage units, two OR gates, five multiplexors, four switches, one more storage unit, one counter, one flip-flop, one NOT gate. EFFECT: reduced delay time of signal transmitted in time-varying channel through digital group switchboard, simplified design due to reduced quantity of data storage device locations. 5 dwg
