FIELD: physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: device has two dielectric casings, connected together by flexible communication element. Two pairs of U-shaped cores-magnetic circuits, are disposed within the cases; ends of the cores-magnetic circuits are turned to working surfaces of the cases. Four inductance coils mounted on the frame, are rigidly fixed to separate core-magnetic circuit each. Inductance coils are installed in the cases in pairs and in alignment. They are connected in pairs together aiding electrically and are connected to ac supply. Frames are tied to the cases through flexible members. Pairs of cores-magnetic circuits are disposed in spaced relation 2-6 mm between side surfaces. Efficiency is improved due to the fact, that patient is under influence of electric-magnetic field and low vibration simultaneously. Area of influence is increased also. EFFECT: improved therapeutic efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
