SUBSTANCE: device has coils of variable magnetic field sources and constant magnetic field sources positioned in body sequentially with alternating polarity around common axis and facing the operating surface of body. Variable magnetic field sources include inductance coils connected inductively in pairs through ferromagnetic cores. They are connected to power supply source in series aiding. In addition, device is provided with infra-red radiation source positioned with its radiating section towards operating surface of body coaxially with common axis.
