SUBSTANCE: fine grinding mill has shell 1, rotor made in the form of two disks 7 and 8 interconnected in their upper portion by means of axles 9, and pipes for loading and unloading material. Bulls 10 are secured on axles. Mounted coaxially inside rotor is cylinder 11 intended to throw material to be ground with high speed into high-speed grinding chamber between rotor and end face wall of shell.
