Additional percussive members are provided in the form of beaters 6, as well as baffle planks 9 installed in the body. The beaters are placed on one disc with the width more than that of the two discs. Outlet opening is placed on outer surface of the body and originated as one smoothly transforming to annular channel 12 with covering angle not less than 360 degrees, and has a number of tangential discharge pipes, number of which corresponds to number of fractions of the milled product.
