FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for grinding and homogenizing fibrous materials of mean- and high density. Proposed grinder incorporates pre-grinding chamber and fine grinding chamber. Said chambers are arranged horizontally and interconnected. Separating baffle between said chambers are provided with bypass orifices. First chamber accommodates rotor with cutting elements. Said rotor is fitted off-center relative to central axis. Cutting elements are made up of a set of disks. The latter are fixed on the shaft off-centered to make screw channel. Chamber inner surface is lined by detachable profiled plates. Second chamber incorporates second rotor, screen drum and branch pipes to feed fillers and discharge finished products. Second rotor is fitted on the shaft aligned with first rotor shaft. Second rotor is made up of beater blades with cutting edges, Rotor is arranged inside said screen drum. Every rotor is equipped with separate drive.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced power consumption.
