FIELD: metal machining. SUBSTANCE: cutter has body with axial grooves accommodating axially spring-loaded cutting inserts. Cutter is provided with additional springs engaged with cutting inserts in tangential direction, pins installed by pairs on bottoms of axial grooves, compensation and threaded rings mounted on external surface of body for limiting radial displacement of cutting inserts, which have radial grooves for engagement with said pins.
