FIELD: material working. SUBSTANCE: milling cutter has a body with slots, crossing its end surfaces, and cutter assemblies, mounted in them; the cutter assemblies have bodies and cutting blades, secured with use of a wedge with screw and spherical members in such a way, that one of the spherical members is placed between a surface of the cutting blade and the other, arranged in the body of the cutter assembly, has a cylindrical dent for engaging with the cutting blade. The first spherical member is tapered and has two radial recesses on a bottom of each slot, the recesses are designed for creating a resilient petal, engaging with a lateral face of the cutting blade. The milling cutter is provided by an eccentric, arranged in the radial recess between the resilient petal and the remaining part of the body, and an additional screw between the bodies of the cutter assembly and the body of the milling cutter.
