FIELD: machining of materials. SUBSTANCE: the milling cutter has a body with revolving segment inserts connected to the body through a groove and dovetail bulge and secured by means of fastening screws. The body presents two symmetrical disks, whose jointing plane is perpendicular to the milling cutter axis and passes through the dovetail bulge. The disks are engageable with the guide pins and cone-point set screws. The pins extend in parallel with the milling cutter axis, and the cone-point set screws - perpendicularly to it.
