The clamping block and the mechanism of displacement are kinematically connected with a drive and between themselves. The mechanism of displacement is made in the form of one-arm lever of pusher 20, designed to interact with the end, and face cam 12 mounted on the drive shaft for the periodical turn relative to the shaft by means of dividing gear-wheel 9 and differential gear 15 connected with the drive shaft to which is fixed the driving member of the clamping block made in the form of bell-crank 4 mounted on the housing for turning and with rollers on the ends designed to interact with disk cam 5 and one-arm lever 22.
