FIELD: manufacture and finishing of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete articles. SUBSTANCE: arrangement has carriage with end face brushes and cylindrical brushes 16. Both end face and cylindrical brushes are provided with mechanisms for pressing them to surface being worked and release mechanisms. Each cylindrical brush has vibration exciter, which includes skew sun gear 26 and unbalanced satellites 29 engaged with sun gear 29. Axles 31 of satellites are connected with vibration exciter housing via carrier 28 and freewheeling mechanism 27. Resilient members - springs 33 and 34 - are placed between vibration exciter housing and skew gear 26. Cleaning members of cylindrical brush 16 execute complicated motion: rotary motion is accompanied by reciprocal rotary and axial translation. Invention provides for most favorable geometry of mechanical trajectory of cylindrical cleaning member, dynamics and direction of its power action upon surface of article being worked.
