FIELD: car servicing equipment. SUBSTANCE: working member has drive vertical rotary brushes which are mounted on swingable cantilevers. The brushes are mounted for radial and axial movement relative to a shaft. Each brush has a vibration exciter which has spiral sun gear 9 and unbalanced pinions 22 engageable with it. Pinion axles 14 are connected to vibration exciter case 15 through carrier 11 and overrunning clutch 10. Flexible members 16 and 17 are mounted between the vibration exciter case and spiral gear 9. The rotary brush makes complex motion: reciprocating and reciprocating-translational axial motions are superimposed on the rotary motion. EFFECT: improved washing quality. 2 dwg
