FIELD: excavating and transporting machines. SUBSTANCE: framework is made of hollow vertical cylindrical bracket and two horizontal ears with holes and inner partition secured to bracket. Partition is attached to ears. Made in partition and bracket wall are coaxial holes. Secured at angle to one of ends of lever are two plates having round and oval holes. Retainer is fastened to plates by means of fastening pin installed in oval holes. Plates are secured in ears with second fastening pin. Retainer in form of pin is installed in coaxial holes of partition and bracket wall. Installed on pin between wall and partition is spring. Pivot on which bracket is installed has recess for interaction with pin. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
