FIELD: excavating and loading machines. SUBSTANCE: bucket with gripping device has side and rear walls, stop, locking mechanism and grip. Attached to rear side of bucket rear wall are two pairs of longitudinal plates with holes in upper and lower parts. Grip is made of upper and lower brackets with mouths expanding upward on upper bracket, and with mouths on lower bracket facing bucket rear wall. Stop is made of upper pins installed in upper holes of longitudinal plates. Locking mechanism is made of lower pins installed in lower holes of longitudinal plates. Secured to one ends of lower pins are levers. Middle part of lower pins is chamfered. Thickness of pins in place of chamfer does not exceed minimal distance between mouth sides in lower part of longitudinal plates, and their diameter exceeds this distance.
